We provide air conditioning repair, installation, replacement, and maintenance for residential systems in Baldwin County, Alabama. We also offer indoor air quality upgrades and ductwork inspections.

Yes! Kindness Air is fully licensed, insured, and bonded in the state of Alabama to provide HVAC services.  My HVAC contractors license number is 2023164. Always make sure to

Just me — Joel Trout. I’m the owner, technician, scheduler, and the guy who’ll shake your hand at the door. No strangers. No sales team.

4. What areas do you serve?

I serve all of Baldwin County, including Gulf Shores, Foley, Orange Beach, Fairhope, Elberta, Lillian, Robertsdale, Daphne, and Spanish Fort.

5. How much does it cost to repair an air conditioner?

Most basic repairs start around $150, but it really depends on the issue. I’ll always give you an honest quote before I do anything.  I will be happy to cone diagnose the problem for $99

6. Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, I provide free estimates for new systems and replacements. Service calls for repairs have a flat diagnostic fee of $99.

7. What brands do you service?

I work on all major brands including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Daikin, Rheem, and Goodman.

8. Do you offer emergency service?

Yes, I take after-hours calls when I can. If you’re in a cooling emergency, call or text and I’ll do my best to get to you ASAP.
